It's Mosaic Monday!
I've been MIA for awhile. We went on a wonderful vacation to Seattle & Hawaii and I've been trying to catch up ever since... haven't painted in weeks! Hopefully, life will slow down a bit.
This will be the first September in 21 years that I don't have to go "back to school".
I am so very happy!!!
Check out the great mosaics at Mary's Little Red House and thanks for visiting me today!

Gorgeous watercolors!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of my mother. Where I grew up she always had thousand of huge hollyhocks all over the garden. Thankyou for reminding me of my childhood.
ReplyDeleteThe paintings of the hollyhock are enchanting! I love hollyhocks. Wish I could paint. But I just "paint" the garden outside, which means I enjoy what grows without much help from me! Lovely, lovely mosaic.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful watercolor, Carol! I love hollyhocks! I have a rose of sharon from my grandmother's yard and they remind me of each other. Wooo hooo! Isn't retirement great? I love it that I'm having a cup of coffee in my jammies when I hear the school bus go through the neighborhood. No more bus duty!!! lol Happy week!...Debbie
ReplyDeleteWhat a LOVELY mosaic of watercolor hollyhocks! As a happily retired teacher, I remember what that first September was like ... and every September thereafter ;--)
