I'm laid up for a bit,

but this is keeping me good company!

  1. Hi Carol, I hope it was nothing too serious. Before you know it you will be up and on the run. So enjoy this time to sit, put your feet up and relax. Jude

  2. Ouch is RIGHT, Carol! did you have to have surgery on your foot or what?

    I LOVE to read.

  3. My goodness! Wishing you well, soon and hoping the relaxing helps in the healing! Cathy

  4. Oh My Goodness what did you do? Nothing like the PERFECT excuse to relax and read a good book. We will be waiting for the review. ;)

  5. So sorry, Carol.

Hope everything is better soon and in the meantime just take it easy.

  6. That looks painful. Are you OK?

  7. oh no! hope you are up and around soon! this does look like a good read. please let me know how it is.

  8. Wow ~ that looks like a big ouch! The book look wonderful, though :)

  9. Oh My! What did you do? Whatever, it looks like it hurt. I'll put you right on my prayer list. And say a prayer for you right now. Gosh- Hope you are on the mend soon. Keep us posted!
BTW- The cheeses came from Wedman's. There is one about 40 minutes from my home and I shop there often.
Again- hope you heal very fast.

  10. Hi Carol!

That doesn't look like fun!! Ouch! Hope all is well!

I was just at your Etsy store cutting and pasting images for the Get This Look for Less feature we talked about. I am hoping to have it finished and up within the next week. I am waaayyyy behind!!

    Hope your on the mend!

  11. Oh NO!!! What did you do? Or should I be asking how bad the other guy looks? I'm guessing you are restricted from vacuuming, laundry, cooking, or shoveling snow, but not painting. I think you should recover nicely from painting all day but not until you've finished your book.

  12. Oh my ... here's wishing you a speedy recovery. Glad you have a good book to enjoy ;-)
    Hugs and blessings,
