Kimberly Shaw

Linked to Show & Tell Friday at My Romantic Home

Almost a year ago, I won a give-away. Now I normally don't ever win anything,
but this time I won what I called "the gorgeous greeting card jackpot"!
You can read more about it here. I could not believe my luck!
My blogger/flickr/artist friend Kimberly Shaw had a
fantastic give-away of her beautiful cards.

In case you don't know of Kim, she's a very talented artist who runs a
greeting card company, Kimberly Shaw Graphics.
Kim also has an Etsy shop.
Her delightful cards come with a tea bag (really delicious tea! I'm sipping her Earl Grey as I type!). She also carries notepads, magnets, pins, tea & tea accessories.

Well, back to my good fortune:

I knew I wanted to frame some of the cards to enjoy in my painting room.
The problem was, it was impossible to choose.

See what I mean? Gorgeous! Each one of them!
I can't believe the details and the lace! Kim's lace painting
is just amazing. What could be more perfect for my room
than lace, teacups, teapots, birds and beautiful flowers?!

So I framed them all, poster style.
What a beautiful addition to my painting studio!

Thank you again, Kim! I am just loving your art on my wall!

  1. Oh Wow, they are so beautiful and look lovely
where you placed them. Great idea to do them
all like a post card, cause they are all so pretty it would be hard to pick just one or two
or even more! You took care of that problem,
    way to go!
    Have a great day.
    Blessings, Nellie

  3. Oh Carol, I am teary-eyed with amazement! What an honor to have my cards framed so beautifully in YOUR studio. Your studio is so wonderfully bright and cheery to paint in, love your blue china and the shelf they are on.
Thanks also for all the very kind compliments and links to my sight, I'm overwhelmed!!!
    BIG HUGS!!!! OOOx

  4. Love, love the tea cups and what a treat! I thank you for sharing. Also I collect the same blue china (as your pitcher). I used to be obsessed now I have slowed a bit. It is the Calico Burleigh Staffordshire from England! I eat off those plates every day!! Fun stuff.
