It's another fun Mosaic Monday. Thanks, Mary, for hosting this!
I wanted to share a little of Claude Monet's garden with you. Don't miss the other beautiful mosaics at http://dearlittleredhouse.blogspot.com/.
We had a wonderful visit to Monet's house in Giverny, France. I was in garden heaven! It was a rainy day, but the flowers were gorgeous! Peonies, pansies, irises, clematis, roses, foxgloves, poppies and many more....just a feast for the eyes! Tomorrow I'll post pictures of the water lily pond in the garden.
Beautiful! Thanks for joining in on Share a Garden Sunday! I really appreciate it! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mosaic. I bet that vacation was fabulous! I'll be back tomorrow for sure. ~ Robyn
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! Isn't that the most beautiful place on earth? I LOVE his house, though...the blues and yellows! I don't know why more fuss isn't made over it! Thanks for sharing!...Debbie
ReplyDeleteI am so happy to have discovered your site through Share a Garden Sunday. What a wonderful trip you are on. I look forward to seeing more of your artwork and will check back often!
ReplyDeleteI think gardens often look better in the rain. The colours are stronger, less washed out by the bright sun. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteLucky you. Wish I could be there. I love your collage and thanks for sharing this all with me.

Breathtaking! Monet has always been my favorite painter, not to mention Impressionist and I studied art history in college. I had chosen Monet as my favorite before I learned I have something in common with him: we were both born on November 14. Fun! Thank you for sharing these beautiful photographs and Happy Mosaic Monday! ~Arleen

ReplyDeleteThis photo is gorgeous! But don't get upset when I tell you that you simply must post it larger. Because you must! It's too beautiful to be this small. Find out how from Mary. She is a pro at this sort of thing.
