oh, irises!

I love, love, love irises.  They're just not here for very long,
but when they are
I am so
very
happy.
I think the structure of an iris is fascinating
and
fun to paint!

  9. I adore Irises as well. My neighbor gave me a huge bag of them last weekend, all colors, blue, white, yellow, rust with yellow, etc. We planted them under our mulberry tree where nothing has grown but wild strawberries and I think they will love it there. By next year, I am hoping for a wow.
